6-Day Luxury Honeymoon Safari: Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Manyara

After breakfast, your private guide will collect you and begin the journey to Tarangire National Park. The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours along smooth roads before opening into one of Tanzania's most scenic parks.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, some of which are believed to be over a thousand years old. As you explore the park, you will encounter giraffes, zebras, bushbuck, and hartebeest, along with predators such as lions and leopards that follow the herds.

In the late afternoon, a romantic sundowner experience can be arranged, where you enjoy drinks together while watching the sun set over the savannah — one of the most magical moments of your honeymoon.

After breakfast, you journey through the cooler and scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, you will stop at a viewpoint overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater, offering breathtaking panoramic views — perfect for memorable honeymoon photos.

Continuing toward Serengeti National Park, the landscape gradually transforms into vast open plains. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive where you may encounter lions, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.

The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species. You will also have one of the best chances to spot the endangered black rhino, along with lions and other predators.

After the game drive, ascend to the crater rim where your luxury camp awaits. The cool highland air, stunning views, and quiet atmosphere create a perfect romantic setting for your evening.

On your final day, travel to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park is known for its lush groundwater forest, large troops of baboons, and elephants. You will also have the chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions, a rare and unique sight.

The shallow lake attracts thousands of flamingos and other bird species, creating a colorful and scenic environment. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park before your final game drive, soaking in the beauty of Tanzania one last time.
