Arrival Day: Welcome to Tanzania

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your private guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Take time to relax, recover from your journey, and prepare for the adventure ahead. Your guide will brief you on your upcoming safari experience.



We recommend arriving at least one day before the safari begins to ensure a smooth and relaxed start the next day. Your safari adventure will begin from your hotel in Arusha.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its impressive elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the plains, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species. As the sun sets, retreat to your mid-range lodge for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park + Cultural Walk

Start the morning with a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, and flocks of flamingos along the lake’s edge. Afterward, enjoy a guided cultural walk in a nearby village, experiencing local Maasai life, traditions, and crafts firsthand. Return to your Mini-lodge in Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight. This day combines wildlife encounters with cultural immersion, giving a deeper understanding of Tanzania’s rich heritage.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Depart early from Mto wa Mbu and drive to Serengeti National Park, entering the central or western regions. Along the way, witness sweeping savannah landscapes and your first glimpses of the Serengeti’s legendary wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive spotting predators, wildebeest, zebras, and elephants roaming freely. Spend the night at a mid-range lodge or tented camp inside or near the park, soaking in the serene wilderness atmosphere.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Safari

Awake early to the Serengeti sunrise and spend a full day exploring this world-renowned park. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater → Return to Arusha

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the crater for a morning game drive in one of Africa’s richest wildlife habitats. Lions, elephants, buffalo, and black rhinos roam freely amidst the stunning crater walls.

In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening. This marks the conclusion of your 5-day safari, leaving you with memories of some of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife and landscapes.
